01. Who we are
Lendline is a service operated by Eleven Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, with its principal place of business at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. For the purposes of data protection law, we are the data controller of the personal information we collect about you.
02. What we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and language preference
- Identity information: for certain phone number countries, government-issued identification and proof of address, where required by regulators
- Billing information: billing address and payment details (payment card details are processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers)
- Communications with us: messages you send to our support team
Information we collect automatically
- Service usage: phone numbers in your account, transfer events, login timestamps, IP address, device type, browser
- Communications metadata: for each call or message received on your number, the date, time, duration, sender number, and message size (we use this to deliver and bill the service)
- Communications content: text messages received on your number are stored in your account so you can read them; voicemails are stored in your account so you can listen to them
Information from third parties
- Telecommunications carriers: we receive call and message data from carriers in order to route inbound communications to your account
- Payment providers: confirmation of successful or failed payments
03. Why we collect it
We use your information to:
- Deliver the Service (route calls and messages to you, manage your numbers, handle transfers)
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including telecommunications regulations and anti-fraud requirements)
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy
- Improve and secure the Service
- Send service-related communications (such as billing notices and security alerts)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your communications content for advertising.
04. Sharing with third parties
We share information with:
- Telecommunications carriers and cloud communications providers: to provision your number and route calls and messages
- Payment providers: to process your payments
- Cloud hosting providers: who store your account data on our behalf
- Customer support tools: who help us respond to your inquiries
- Government authorities: when required by valid legal process or to protect our legal rights
All service providers are contractually bound to handle your information securely and only for the purposes we specify.
05. Retention
We retain different types of information for different periods:
- Account information: as long as your account is active, plus up to 90 days after closure to allow for reactivation and reconciliation
- Communications content (messages and voicemails): as long as your account is active; we may delete content older than 12 months from inactive numbers
- Billing records: retained for the period required by accounting and tax law (typically 7 to 10 years)
- Identity verification documents: as long as required by the relevant regulator
06. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, hashed passwords, restricted internal access, and regular security review. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights in respect of your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability: receive your information in a machine-readable format
- Objection: object to certain types of processing
- Withdraw consent: where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time
- Lodge a complaint: with your local data protection authority

08. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to operate the Service: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and basic analytics to understand how the Service is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
09. International transfers
Lendline operates globally and your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where required by law (for example, when transferring information out of the European Economic Area), we put in place appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
10. Children
Lendline is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
